invisalign in ohama ne

Hey, everyone, this is Dr. Weber, just coming to you today to talk about Invisalign clear aligners. It is a very popular form of treatment and one that we provide for many of our orthodontic patients. The results we are able to achieve for our patients have been exceptional, but at the end of the day, Invisalign – like braces – is just a tool that your orthodontist uses to help straighten teeth.

We think it’s important that you choose an orthodontist to do your Invisalign treatment rather than a dentist. The reason for that is that an orthodontist has an additional two to three years of specialized formal education on how teeth move and we also understand how a patient’s jaw will grow – particularly in a young person – as well as the order that teeth need to move in and the limits that can be applied.

What most people don’t understand is that Invisalign is actually set up for the clients – in other words Dr. Weber or Dr. XYZ around the corner from me – by a technician in Costa Rica and then that technician follows some directions that I give to them. Then he sends that back to me to look at the setup that he’s done and confirm whether or not any changes need to be made. Once I have confirmed the setup, I push a button and they start making the aligners for us.

The Best Invisalign Results Come from an Orthodontist

I have an example here to kind of show you. For this particular patient, I had an initial setup and then I had to send that patient’s information back to Invisalign five different times to get it to turn out the way that I wanted to.

So we think that it’s super important that you’re working with an orthodontist as opposed to maybe your general dentist. A dentist can treat some of the simple things but if you have a difficult case, you need to be in the hands of an expert orthodontist.
